Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Glow Mates purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items returned without proof of purchase may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened blind bags or mystery packs
- Personalised or customised products
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different Glow Mate or need a replacement due to damage, please contact our support team before returning your item.
Subject to stock availability, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Due to differences in screen settings, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown online.
As Glow Mates are collectible products, colours, designs, and assortments may occasionally differ slightly between production batches.

Please supervise young children during play.
Small parts may present a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age.
Always follow any age recommendations shown on the product packaging.
